Our goal is to provide a fun, safe & clean place for families, young & older adults, teens & children to stay and have a wonderful camping experience! Understanding what is expected helps make that possible.
____ It is your responsibility to keep your campsite mowed and trimmed weekly and everything put away when you are gone. Not mowing grass regularly, creates an eye sore for not only your neighbors, but also our campground. If you are unable to maintain your site for a couple weeks, please contact us and we will arrange for someone to mow for $25, as our mowers will have to temporarily fit you in their schedule. If you would like to be on the weekly mowing schedule, it is $50 monthly.
____ No digging or probing in your yard without asking Tucker, due to underground lines.
____ All Sites have metered electric, city sewer/water, & trash (at dumpster).
____ LDC Campers have permission to fish below docks, free swimming in swimming pond during designated hours (all posted rules at pond must be read and obeyed), free fishing in the fishing pond by the barn, and one free shelter rental (see mgt. to reserve) for larger picnics, reunions, etc., per season. When shelters aren’t reserved for a special event, they can be enjoyed by all campers. Our Calendar of Events lists our summer activities.

____ Camping fee covers tenants named on the rental agreement only—(Avg. family is considered 2 parents and up to 4 immediate children)
____ Only 1 RV or Tent per site
____ Guests of Tenants must abide by campground rules and Tenants are responsible for their guests. Overnight guests must register with our office. Daytime guest hours: 9am-10pm
____ Rates are based on sites being used for vacation purposes and are NOT for permanent living sites.
____ SEASONAL RATES FOR NEW CAMPERS: At signing of lease, you may pay in full OR pay at least ½ and ½ in 30 days or March 1st, whichever is later. Sites may NOT be sublet.
____ CURRENT SEASONAL CAMPERS must sign lease by OCTOBER 31st and pay $100 non-refundable Deposit to hold their site for the following season.
2023 RATES:
**$1850 Seasonal – May 1 thru October 31 - Plus Electric * Six Month Off-Season: $300 Storage only
**$600 Monthly – Plus Electric *$200 Weekly *$45 Nightly *$30 Tent Nightly *500 Seasonal Dock for campers $700 for non campers
DEPOSIT: $100 SEASONAL (non-refundable)/Equivalent of 1 Night’s stay for Monthly, Weekly, Nightly
METHOD OF PAY: * Cash * Check (seasonal only) *Credit Card (Ask about Credit Card charge)
____ Overnight GUESTS (other than parents, children or grandchildren) must register & pay $3.00 fee per person/per night & stay in the registered camper’s unit. OTHERWISE, regular camping fee of $45 will apply.
____ Seasonal Campers must move their camper out WITHIN ONE WEEK OF SEASON’S END (November 7th), unless you are storing your camper at LETS Dock & have paid for storage by OCTOBER 31st.
____ Selling of any item at the campground may only be done with the permission of, and through, LETS Dock and a fee may be charged by the campground.
____ NO loud profanity, foul language, loud music, vandalism, ill-mannered or rowdy, obnoxious behavior will be tolerated. NO WARNINGS!! If you violate, you will be asked to leave the campground immediately with no refund. If it is a guest, they will have to leave and not allowed to return.
____ SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph or less at all times (Please remind your guests of our speed limit before visiting the campground). NO PARKING ON GRASS, PLEASE!
____ Golf Carts & Utility Vehicles are permitted & must be driven by a LICENSED DRIVER ONLY. NO FOUR-WHEELERS.
____ Your Camper must be 2013 or newer (unless “restored” and/or approved by LDC) & have a valid license plate
____ Please do not throw trash on the ground; rather place in trash cans, your campsite or the dumpster. NO cutting of trees, defacing of picnic tables or any other property. NO glass bottles or containers on the dock or beach area.
____ $5.00 fee to wash your camper.
____ Concealed alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as you keep its use under control. OF COURSE, NO underage drinking is allowed. You are subject to all state and federal laws.
____ ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE CAMPGROUND—NO EXCEPTIONS! IF CAUGHT, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
____ Garbage must be put in bags and upon leaving taken with you or put in dumpster (PLEASE CRUSH ALL BOXES). Clean out Fire Pits making sure all embers are out.
____ NO FIREWORKS, INCLUDING SPARKLERS or FIREARMS (unless you have a Conceal & Carry permit which you must show) are permitted at the campground.
____ MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. Lock up your possessions.
____ PERSONS FISHING MUST HAVE A VALID FISHING LICENSE IF FISHING IN THE OHIO RIVER – Fishing permitted below docks and in fishing pond. NO FISHING IN SWIMMING POND.
____ All Boats Not Docked on the river must be parked by horse field. NO BOATS/TRAILERS are to be parked on grass at sites, please.
____ Should you decide to quit camping during the season for any reason, there will be no refund and your fee is non-transferable. (A death in the immediate family would be an exception to this and to our cancellation policy rule) ___ QUIET TIME: 11:00 pm TO 8:00 am. This doesn’t mean you have to go to your camper. Sitting with friends & talking the night away is ok! Just please hold the noise level down. NO VISITORS PERMITTED TO COME ON CAMPGROUND AFTER 11:00 PM.
____ If you break a rule that requires eviction, you must move your camper immediately or we will have your camper towed within 72 hours at your expense.
CHILDREN
____ Tenants/Parents are responsible for their children and guest’s behavior. Children must
return to their campsite by 11:00 pm or be with a parent.
____ Children are NOT to play in the Shower House, play “Chase or Hide & Seek” between or around other campers or bathhouse, and are to walk in the roads- NOT across other campers’ yards.
PETS
____ Pets must have up-to-date rabies shots and all other vaccines. By signing the rental agreement, you are assuring LETS Dock Campground, LLC that your pets have all required shots and vaccines. (Proof would only be required by authorities should your dog bite someone.)
____ LDC loves and welcomes pets. However, Pit Bulls are not permitted on campground. Also, ANY animal demonstrating unwanted, aggressive behavior or that management believes is unsafe will not be permitted. All animals are to be cleaned up after: NO SOLID WASTE IS TO BE LEFT ON THE GROUND. Pets are NEVER to be left outside unattended & must be on a leash when outside or being walked. If your pet is not cleaned up after, your pet will not be allowed on the campground.
I have read and agree my family will abide by, and our guests will be made aware of, the above rules. I understand this document is considered a part of my signed Lease Agreement for 2023 Year, with the MASTER COPY of REV.10/06/2022 being kept on file in LDC’s 2023 files.
